The US election is nearly upon us, yet again, and the Americans are shooting at their candidates, yet again. Not very well. Donald Trump has had two people get into position to have a pop at him, and in both cases he's come out of it with everything in working order.
At least, in Donald Trump working order.
So in a country of 334 million, they can't find anyone who can aim a rifle. Whereas in Israel, a country of 10 million, they're bumping off people left right and centre.
This is clearly a silly example. No civilised nation would attempt to wipe out their enemy's leader by killing and wounding indiscriminately anyone in the vicinity, would they? Not to the scale suggested in this cartoon?
Oh, hang on, let me do some sums. Population of Florida is 22 million, or 6% of all the folks in the US.
Current casualty rate is around 40,000 dead and 88,000 wounded which as a percentage of population of Gaza is about ... oh, it's 6%.
Fancy that.
